Maybe 4th Street

There has been significant debate surrounding the intended target of Bob Dylan's song "Positively 4th Street." Is his scorn directed towards someone from his time at 4th Street in Greenwich Village or someone from his time at 4th Street in Minneapolis, or neither? Interestingly, I happened to hear this song during the time I was  working on this painting. The setting portrayed in the painting may be 4th Street, although I cannot state this with the same certainty as Bob did.
